We have recently terminated our agreement with one of Cyprus largest estate agencies and we are in the process of uploading several new developments to this portal.

If you own or work for property development company building quality properties in the South of Cyprus, we have a number of opportunities available (subject to the project location, specification and price being accepted).

For Estate Agents

Estate agents can apply to become an affiliated agency of the Cyprus Homes Network. As an affiliated agent, you will be able to feature all of your properties either by uploading them to our system, or if you have a large number of properties you wish to list with us, we can arrange for an upload of all of your properties and images.

The cost for this service depends on the level of services we provide and would range from as little as £3 per property per month (for companies listing over 300 properties) and up to £10 per property per month for smaller companies listing up to 30 properties.

Your properties are then included in all of our newsletters; minimum period is for 3 months.

Ad-hoc affiliation opportunities are also available.

Banner Advertising

We offer free animated banner design (or we can use your existing banners) throughout the site on a flat fee basis.

As a certified partner, we will develop a site-let (a mini website) incorporating your corporate identity within the Cyprus Homes Network portal and your pages will be linked to from our certified partners page and in some cases, from all of the site's pages. Your promotion also includes banner advertising throughout the site, your full contact details with a link to your own website and a button linking to your site-let on all of our newsletters.

Certified partnerships run for a full year and are available from as little as £1,995.
